It gives a unique knowledge to able to save lives when someone has suffered a heart attack or stop breathing. A person with cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) knowledge can sustain an ailing person’s heart and brain for a short time. The American Heart Association (AHA) recently recommends that every person: untrained bystanders and medical personnel to begin CPR with chest compressions.
